This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak periods (e.g., holidays or new product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is any delay.
- Orders placed before [e.g., 2 PM MST] on business days are typically processed the same day.
Shipping Methods and Costs (Domestic – United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method. Approximate rates include:

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Ground): $5.99 – $9.99 (3–7 business days transit time after processing)

Expedited Shipping (UPS/FedEx 2-Day or Priority): $12.99 – $19.99 (2–4 business days transit time)

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
Note: Shipping costs for bulky or heavier items (e.g., large yoga mats or multiple apparel pieces) may be higher. Exact rates appear at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and parts of Europe and Asia. International shipping is available at checkout.
- Transit times: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).
- Costs: Starting at $15.99 (calculated at checkout; duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping rate).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders.
Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs clearance. Red Fijian Studios is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- Track your package directly through the carrier's website or your Shopify account.
- Most domestic orders arrive within the estimated window, but occasional carrier delays may occur.
Shipping Restrictions and Special Notes
- We do not ship to certain restricted countries or regions due to carrier limitations. If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us.
- Hazardous materials, oversized items, or custom-made products may have additional shipping requirements or longer processing times.
- All shipments are carefully packaged to protect your items. We are not responsible for damage caused by carrier handling after the package leaves our facility.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

- For damaged items upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where eligible (subject to our Return Policy).
